• Quality: Images must be high-resolution, well-lit, and showcase the full dimension of the product. Example as below:
• Authenticity:
  • For used equipment or rentals, provide actual photos that accurately reflect the product’s current condition.
  • For new equipment or spare parts for sale, catalog or general photos are acceptable as long as they clearly represent the product.
• Angles: Include photos from multiple angles (45%) to highlight the product's full dimensions, key features, condition, and any accessories included.
• Prohibited Content: Photos must not contain watermarks, unrelated logos, or any distractions that obscure the product details.

2. Equipment Information Accuracy

• Brand: Include the brand of the product.
• Model: Clearly state the model number.
• Year of Manufacture: Specify the year the equipment was manufactured.
• Technical Specifications: Include detailed technical specs (e.g., capacity, power, dimensions).
• Condition: Indicate whether the equipment is new, used, or refurbished.
• Certifications/Compliance: Specify any certifications or compliance with relevant standards (if applicable).
• Product Catalog: Provide the product catalog or any related documentation, if available.

3. Pricing

Clearly state the rental or sale price, ensuring it reflects the fair market value and aligns with current market conditions. Listings with unreasonable pricing will be rejected. Prices should be displayed in the correct local currency based on your location, with conversions provided if necessary.

4. Delivery and Logistics

Indicate whether delivery is included, available for an additional cost, or if self-pickup is required. Delivery pricing should reflect the actual cost, unless there are uncontrollable factors. Any surcharges will be handled on a case-by-case basis and discussed with the buyer. Mention any specific requirements for delivery, such as equipment needed for loading/unloading.

5. Review and Approval

All listings are subject to review and approval by the Antbuildz team within 24 hours, excluding non-working days. Antbuildz reserves the right to reject or remove any listings that do not comply with this policy. This review process ensures that our platform remains trustworthy, attracts the right users, and benefits all partners.

6. Ownership and Usage of Listings

Once published, listings become part of the Antbuildz content. Antbuildz may feature listings on our platform and across marketing channels to drive traffic and promote sellers' offerings. Antbuildz will not use listings in any illegal or unethical manner, including false advertising or violating intellectual property rights.

7. Compliance with Regulations

All listings must comply with applicable laws, safety standards, and ethical guidelines. Any listing that is found to be non-compliant or misleading will be removed immediately. The product listed must be owned by the seller, who must have full rights to market it.

1. Use professional images: High-quality, clean, and visually appealing photos build trust and attract more inquiries.
2. Provide complete information: Ensure all required fields are filled out with detailed and accurate information to attract serious buyers.
3. Highlight unique features: Showcase what makes your equipment or spare parts stand out, such as advanced features or competitive pricing.
4. Write a clear title and description: For example, “2023 Lithium Electric Forklift - 2.5 Ton Capacity, Excellent Condition.”
5. Offer fair pricing: Ensure pricing is competitive and reasonable. Overpricing can reduce the credibility of your listing.
