Noise Monitoring System

To better monitor and manage the noise level around the construction site, Noise Monitoring System is required to install at the job site under Singapore’s NEA Environmental Protection and Management (Control of Noise at Construction Sites) Regulations Clause 4.

Vibration Monitoring System 

Construction works not only generate noise but vibration as well to the surrounding ground. For construction works such as pilling, demolition, and heavy vehicle movement, the vibration generated may cause a big impact on the nearby building structure and underground structure. 

Under BCA regulation, the contractor is required to install a construction vibration monitoring system at locations designated by authorities such as nearby buildings and structures. The primary purpose of this monitoring is to address structural damage to nearby buildings, and it is usually accompanied by pre-and post-construction crack inspections. The result will be required time by time by the authorities to monitor and check the vibration caused by the construction work.

For real-time, the data will be transferred to a cloud server and all data can be monitored and extracted instantly through the website. Meanwhile, for manual type, it requires a technician to travel to the site and download the data on the spot.

4. Do the rental include installation on-site?

Yes, when you reserve the monitoring system, you are required to provide the site address. After rental confirmation, our technical team will contact you for a designated installation location. You are required to ensure the smooth entry of specialists for site installation and dismantling. 

5. As a user, what should I provide for the installation?

You as a User need to ensure smooth entry and site clearance for the technician entry and installation. Any necessary permit and pass shall be ensured in place by you in advance.

6. Can I print the official monitoring data report?

Yes, you may request to print weekly or monthly. If that is the manual type, it's limited to weekly extract as the technician needs to personally go down to the site to download the data. For real-time, the report can be printed online server upon request.

7. Can your equipment meet the requirement if Jobsite at Jurong Island or owned by an owner with a very high requirement such as LTA, BCA, or certain MNC?
