1. Lifting Capacity / Load Size

Normally, you require a forklift that is able to lift high enough (easily more than 4.5m and above) to reach the racking system if you are working in a warehouse. Meanwhile, for a construction site or open space work, usually lifting height up to 4.5m should be sufficient. 

3. Access Clearance Height
